About Storm Holland
A lot of what you will find on my page is all work related and geared towards a resume service. Let me give you an idea by letting you know what I enjoy outside of work to add some color to who I am.

I like to go to a range on my weekends or day off, indoor pistol or outdoor long range, either one or both. It helps with stress release as the focus on target is great to help forget worries and clear the head to move forward. I am also into maintenance, upgrading, and experimenting gear when it comes to the shooting sports hobby. I am currently a NRA certified instructor and certified Range Safety Office (RSO) so I can keep any work outing to a range or skeet/trap house safe if needed as a little bonus you never expected. If it isn't firearms or firearm parts, I like to have something to "tinker" with. I love trying to squeeze the most out of something and making it work for my current tasks or problem. My Youtube is nothing but guides, tutorials and how-to videos in order to gain enough knowledge so I can apply it to something for fun and learn from experience. In other words, you could find me "tinkering" with something at home or working on home projects. Also, building, customizing, and benchmarking computers would fall under the tinkering category as well. Last hobby I have is to play video games. Its something I like to pass time with and stay in contact with childhood friends. It is easy to see a progression while playing and has attainable, recognizable goals for progress. As if you didn't think video games were too fake already.
My Work Philosophy
I am always dedicated to the enhancement of processes, creating an easier situation for the people after myself in the chain which helps to foster a collaborative work environment. I thrive at finding solutions to problems with the to save cost by my own efficiency in getting change orders submitted, answering petty RFIs that are unnecessary to submit to clients, and brainstorming possible solutions to attach with questions in order to get the ball rolling. Work for me isn't something that causes a 8-10 hour daily inconvenience. I take pride in what I do and I want to stand behind good work, good projects, and good people. Even at my own detriment, if I need to spend a few hours longer on something that has the potential to save more time in later on in research, discovery, comparisons, outreach and understanding, then I will do it 100% of the time to prevent any wasted time once projects are in progress and the schedule comes with a penalty.
